Yes, you can make a return, but certain conditions must be met:

1. Condition of item: The item must be unused and in the same condition as when received, and must be in its original packaging.

2. Products not eligible for return:

   • Perishable products, such as food products

   • Open or partially used products, such as CBD oils, creams, gels and balms

   • Sealed products that have been opened for health and safety reasons

   • Vaporizers already in use

3. Return period: Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund.

4. Proof of purchase: Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required for all return requests.

5. Return shipping: Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
