What exactly is CBD?<\/h2>

CBD<\/strong>, short for cannabidiol, is a compound naturally present in hemp<\/strong> (Cannabis sativa). It's a member of the cannabinoid family, the active substances found in the plant. Unlike THC, CBD has no psychoactive effect, i.e. it doesn't induce euphoria or alter consciousness. <\/p>
